men's ministry

It is the Men's Bible Ministry's desire to equip men practically with God's Word so they can make a godly impact in and through their own lives, in their homes, and in their workplace. Through our weekly Bible studies, conferences, and small group events, you'll acquire the necessary tools to accomplish this goal. So get involved! "Be diligent to present yourself approved to God, a worker who does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth." 2 Timothy 2:15

Our Mission

As individuals, develop a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and
As a team, bond as “Mighty Men of Valor” for Jesus Christ.

Three OBJECTIVES for 2012 making ourselves available to the Holy Spirit to train us up and to work through us.

♦ To study and discuss a Book of the Bible. This will help us develop a Biblically shaped world view and strengthen
our gifts and ability to fulfill God’s call in our lives.
♦ To become men of prayer. We believe in prayer. We will devote a significant amount of time at each meeting for prayer
♦ To take time and bond together as men. In addition to meeting together, we will:

◊ Provide Men’s Conference opportunities both inside and outside the Calvary San Ramon Men’s Group.
◊ Promote and enable partnering relationships among the men. Ecclesiastes 4:9-12

Ministry Meeting Schedule:

January 7: Men's Bible Study 8AM - 10 AM, Dave Kochis home. We will continue our study of Prayer with Andrew Murray's book, With Christ in the School of Prayer: Chapter 2.

February 4: Men's Bible Study 8AM - 10 AM, Location to be determined. We will continue our study of Prayer with Andrew Murray's book, With Christ in the School of Prayer: Chapter 3.
